As with all places, we have rules to go by.

0. We do not permit the use of alcohol and drugs on the premises.
0. No Trespassing after scheduled activities.
0. No unauthorized vehicles parked.
0. No sales of cars, trucks, campers, etc allowed.    The seller will be contacted and the for sale item will be moved within 24 hours or it will be towed at the owners expense.
0. No skateboard, bicycles or inline skates around building.
0. No Trail bikes or 3 or 4 wheelers allowed.
0. No Glass bottles.
0. Abusive language will not be tolerated at anytime.
0. No careless or reckless driving on property.
0. No Climbing on buildings and fences.
0. Dumpster use is for renters of the center only.     Any outside use of the dumpster is forbidden and will not be tolerated.     Violator's will be requested to pay the months dumpster rent.
0. NO truck turn-around allowed.

These rules are not only for the safety of our patrons but to help keep the cost of running the Community Center as low as possible.

Rental Of The Building

When renting the community center, we request that you leave it as you have found it.    Any debris or damages that occured within your rental time, will result in forfit of the refundabe deposit.  

Find a defect? Please inform the reservation officer.   Any attempt at "repairs" from the renter will also result in a forfit of the deposit. ( you could do more damage than what is already existing)

You are there to have fun and enjoy yourself with your special occasion, not make repairs to community center property.   

Still want to become involved in the center?   Please by all means, come to our meeting on the 2nd Monday of every Month (unless there is a change in plans for that month)    Have concerns, please let us know through this website.

Want to become a member?   We have one request.  You need to be a resident of the Level Cross Area.

To become a Board Member, Meet the above criteria,  and attend the meetings for 1 year. ( so we can get to know you)
